- This is a contract role with potential for longer-term employment.
- Process all customer bill payments and post to customer accounts
- Handle miscellaneous transactions, such as prepays, deposits, equipment sales, insufficient fund checks
- Balance cash drawer and daily cash reports
- Assist walk in customers with general bill inquiries, and refer to service rep if further assistance is required
- Maintain phone store display and stock
- Assist customers with purchase or return of equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Computer skills, Basic Math and Calculator Skills
- Must be able to maintain self-control when dealing with adverse situations and customers
- Must be able to work in team environment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Pay close attention to detail and follow instructions, both oral and written
- Respond to customers to ensure positive public relations and to retain customer identification
