Facilities Supervisor

Degree/Experience:
- AS Degree not required but a plus
- 3+ yrs. related exp. in a pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or other GMP regulated industry.

"MUST HAVES":
-  Previous manufacturing, GMP exp. in the Pharma, Biotech industry.
- Exp. writing SOP's and documentation exp.
Intermediate ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, SOPs, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Advanced ability to read and translate the information within mechanical and electrical schematics and P&ID process diagrams
- Advance knowledge of electrical and mechanical principals, including general calibration practices

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Will supervise the contractors and sub-contractors that come onsite
- Will oversee the boiler operators
- P
rovide high end, complex and effective maintenance support to Manufacturing and laboratory operations as well as facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment and facility systems, will also provide on call services when required
- Update SOP’s and maintain maintenance procedures and accurate equipment historical records
- Review, modify, and write preventative maintenance and facility equipment standard operating procedures. Test new procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Document repairs, adjustments, and replacement of equipment and/ or components per cGMP as well as in accordance with client procedures

Duration: Direct Hire
Salary: $90K-$95K = 5% Bonus (20% Direct Hire Fee)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- This is a 1st shift role, but roughly 1 week a month you will be required to be on call 24/7
- Yes this position involves working with cleanrooms
 * ISO 7 (fully gowned) will be required from time to time
 * ISO 8 would go in here on a more regular basis
* Respirator would be worn in the ISO 7 lab, but its more like a surgical mask the director said

- INT's would take place via Microsoft Team. last step would be an onsite interview
