Our client is an innovative technology and professional services provider specializing in advanced software solutions and comprehensive mission and business support services.  They currently have several immediate hire opportunities for experienced Software developers to support an Army customer on APG.  All posiitons require an Active DOD Secret Clearance.


  • Desired Programming / Scripting Skills:
  • Windows Management Framework (WMF)
  • Windows Workflow Foundation
  • Secure Software Development Build Automation
  • Team Foundation Server, Git or VSTS Agile Software Development
  • SQL Database Design and SQL queries
  • UI/UX Design
  • Proficiency in developing MS Windows software applications using C++, C# and .NET 3.5/4.0; (5).
  • Proficiency in n-tiered development architecture.
  • Ability to design, develop, and work with software users in group or individual settings.
  • Familiarity with source control.
  • Experience with Object Oriented Design Patterns.
  • Proficiency in creating Unit Tests for developed code.
  • Proficiency in writing scripts using PowerShell and an understanding of PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC).

Desired Server and Networking Technology Experience:

  • Windows Server 2012 R2 and above
  • Windows 10
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD)
  • Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Automation - Azure and on premises;
  • Microsoft System Center - Service Management Automation (SMA) or Orchestrator (SCORCH)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.


2-5 years experience as a Software Developer or performing Software Developer related activities within the last 10 years; designing, developing, and maintaining software for a variety of engineering A applications. Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements. Develop tools and interfaces. Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software  applications. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. Design embedded systems software.


Must maintain the minimum certification for a Level II System, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Security Plus Certified.(GSEC, SCNP or SSCP may be acceptable alternative)
