Busy, stable manufacturer is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their growing organization

The HR Coordinator will assist the HR Manager with HR and Administrative duties such as; payroll, interviewing, on-boarding, and general office management tasks. This role is the liaison between the production (warehouse) employees and management.

Job Duties:

? Time clock system management

? Time sheet coordination

? Schedule interviews for hiring managers

? General office management tasks

? Prepare on-boarding paperwork for new hires

? Help employees complete new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, applications, etc.)

? Create and manage confidential employee files

? Prepare and distribute HR notices to staff

? Assist with insurance enrollment, status changes, and updates

? Assist with 401k enrollment, status changes, and updates

? Schedule computer and phone repairs with IT

? Coordinate medical clinic visits for new and existing employees

? Assist with workers compensation claims

? Order and distribute office supplies

? Translate HR notices from English to Spanish and distribute

? Head of the company Fun Team. This group plans and executes monthly activities to improve employee morale

? Special administrative projects

? Schedule and coordinate safety training

? Other admin duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, Education and Abilities:

2+ years’ experience required in HR

High school diploma required

Bilingual, English/Spanish a MUST

Reliable and Trustworthy

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective communicator

Positive attitude, flexible and friendly

Organized and efficient
