Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Secretary Job Responsibilities:
- Secretary is requested to assist the staff to review "Change-in-Status of Personnel" forms. These forms must be compiled and reviewed carefully as soon as possible.
- When the form is reviewed certain circumstances will require a check of state records. In addition, it will be necessary to conduct several internet searches which can be time consuming.
- Appropriate records will then be compiled and placed into a folder to accompany each individual form for further review and follow up.
Secretary Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related administrative office work experience. Must be recent
- High School Diploma
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
