Human Resource Warehouse Assistant
Pay Rate:  $18/hour
Temp to hire
Hours:  6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.


  • Prepare for Group Interview sessions which include preparing interviewer folders, scheduling the conference room and preparing the sign in sheet for candidates
  • After Group Interviews are completed all paperwork from the Group Interview session must be organized and submitted to the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Maintain daily attendance records of all temporary workers including no call no show, calling out and tardiness
  • Report three consecutive absences of any temporary worker to the Talent Acquisition team, employment agency and shift supervisor
  • Prepare sign in sheets for New Hire Orientation for Temporary workers
  • Work closely with shift supervisors to sign and approve all time sheets of current temporary workers on a weekly basis in a timely manner
  • Review and make corrections to all time sheets submitted by supervisors
  • After reviewing and correcting time sheets send them to allocated agencies weekly (on the requested submission days that agencies have requested to receive the time sheets)
  • Review temp reports (current & terminated) from iCIMS weekly to ensure its accuracy, all inaccuracies must be verified with shift supervisors and submitted to the Talent Acquisition team daily
  • Respond to all agency inquiries concerning time sheet submittals, inaccuracies and corrections
  • Liaison for temporary worker terminations request from shift manager to the talent acquisition team (as soon as you are notified you must notify TA team)
  • Review termination report weekly to ensure all weekly terminated temporary workers have been added to the report (if not on the term report you must notify the TA Team)
  • Will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date temporary worker reports
  • Ensure clear communication between supervisors of temporary workers and the TA Team
