Summary

Our client, a major wind turbine service company is currently seeking a Field Data Analyst to support the analysis of wind turbine oil and grease performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative support, input and tracking results, and data analysis.  

Job Description

  • Based on field sample results, Analyst will need to communicate next steps if needed with field service managers
  • Analyze field samples and maintain data system with data results
  • Document structure of company field data which serves as a guide in execution of tasks
  • Evaluate field data to identify their different characteristics and locate their similarities to find ways they can be integrated for better results
  • Design comprehensive data reports and other business tools to assist managers and executives in understanding the data
  • Carryout statistical analysis of all field data from the company
  • Interact with company staff and customers to have good knowledge of the business as this helps in the data analysis
  • Analyze data that is collected and to create detailed reports
  • Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs
  • Instruct the field service managers of the corrective actions as necessary
  • Provide guidance to field service managers on the process of obtaining field samples and next steps when filed samples are inadequate
  • Work with Engineering to determine corrective measures when samples are inadequate
  • Follow-up with field service managers to ensure the corrective measures have been completed
