As the Lead Enterprise .NET Developer, you will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that the Client is maximizing efficiency and value of their Registry platform. You will provide expert advice and lead your team in implementing the design of components of technological structures for the Client member systems and registry. 

The Lead Enterprise .NET Developer is a member of the Enterprise Architecture and Application Development Team, the candidate should proactively and holistically guide the evolution of enterprise architecture through the Transformation and Optimization initiatives aligned to the Client's mission. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate within The Enterprise Architecture and Application Development team, Enterprise Information Technology Teams, Scrum Teams, and Executive Leadership to execute the job function 
• Define current and target state architectures, transition architectures and roadmaps for business portfolios and for individual applications 

• May serve as architecture lead or technical expert to define and maintain the architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards, and guidelines related to portfolio, systems, business, or data architecture 
• Provide technical and architectural subject matter expertise to the stakeholders including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff around the various development technologies and decisions 
• Conduct studies of new technologies to provide more efficient and cost-effective architecture solutions 
• Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to detailed design specifications 
• Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging 

• Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or appearance of company web site and/or related web applications as necessary 
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades 
• Create performance metrics and traceability maps to determine the effectiveness of architecture solutions and facilitate governance 
• Collaborate across IT to ensure the success of projects and those of your colleagues 
• Other duties as assigned 

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field 
• Experience with .Net Core is required 
• Eight or more years of development experience with 

• C# 

• .Net Core Framework 
• ASP.NET 
• AJAX 
• Web Services 

• Five or more years of development experience with 

• ASP.NET MVC 
• Entity Framework 
• jQuery 
• JSON 
• Web API 

• MSSQL Server 
• NoSQL especially Mongo DB 
• Experience with MuleSoft is a plus 

• Prior experience supporting Digital transformation efforts involving Cloud Strategies, Cloud Migration Efforts (Azure/AWS), DevOps/SecOps and playing an influential role in that project will be a plus 
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws 

• Experience with FHIR is a plus but not required 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud development is a plus but not required 
• Experience with software for reliable, scalable, distributed computing 
• Demonstrated ability to manage and see-through long-term projects 
• A willingness to continually improve processes and share lessons learned 

• Excellent client-facing written and verbal communications skills, particularly those relevant to translating highly technical information for non-technical audiences
