- The logistics coordinator oversees the ongoing activities for D&I Global Fundamentals and GlobeSmart ensuring that all components of these programs are delivered to stakeholders, internal customers on time, all content inventory is accounted for, and that supplies are replenished as needed.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Manages time effectively.
- Possesses awareness of SharePoint and ShareFile processes and procedures.
- Communicates instructions clearly and effectively.
- Works well with a team.
- Demonstrates proficiency in use of SharePoint, Share File software and Microsoft Office Suite. (excel, database, ppt)
- Exhibits excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Demonstrates solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Previous work experience required.
