  • Perform assembly and performance testing of electro-mechanical fluid control devices
  • Comply with essential procedures, blueprints, and associated schematics to ensure safety and quality of product
  • Operate, develop, and maintain high-pressure test systems, to include pneumatic, hydraulic, and calibration fluid test stands and pumps
  • Conduct electrical testing and verifications utilizing various electronic testing devices
  • Soldering to Class B standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable working environment




  • High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational or Technical school training preferred
  • 2+ years of technical or mechanical maintenance experience
  • Experience analyzing blueprints and developing procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to assemble electro-mechanical hardware
  • Experience with high pressure testing with various fluids and gases
  • Ability to conduct electrical tests including, dielectric and insulation resistance testing
  • Experience soldering to Class B standards; Class A experience preferred
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft office, word, and excel experience
  • Experience operating in controlled clean-room environments
  • Experience conducting clean-room particulate analysis and data collection
  • Manufacturing processing experience or machining experience a plus
  • Ability to operate diagnostic testing equipment: Oscilloscopes, Lab View, etc.
  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot and repair hardware
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs
  • Ability to travel 5% - 10% to local vendor locations
