Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Warren, NJ

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range:  $16 - $17.50/hour

Key Job Functions Include:

  • Transcribe/type correspondence and technical documents
  • Greet client and vendors that arrive on-site
  • Sort mail and packages
  • Answer the phone and direct to appropriate parties
  • Act as a liaison between clients, agencies and project managers
  • Research property information using internet sources and in-house documentation
  • Research and obtain standards/codes required by client, local and state agencies
  • Prepare client proposals
  • Research and compile reports, plans and applications for submittal to state and local agencies
  • Maintain calendar for designated team
  • Scheduling meetings, conference calls and conference rooms
  • Provide assistance to other administrative staff as needed
