- Provide administrative support to OMP support team
- Manage calendars; coordinate conference calls and meetings
- Handle time and expense reporting, Travel and company credit card reconciliation
- Support OMP office on go-to-market activities.
- Handle highly confidential information and use professional discretion.
- Support manager with initiatives related to OMP initiatives.
- HS Diploma or Business School equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience providing administrative support
- Strong calendaring skills.
- Experience supporting multiple people with strong ability to multi-task
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
- Available for long-term assignment
