 Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to OMP support team
  • Manage calendars; coordinate conference calls and meetings
  • Handle time and expense reporting, Travel and company credit card reconciliation
  • Support OMP office on go-to-market activities.
  • Handle highly confidential information and use professional discretion.
  • Support manager with initiatives related to OMP initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or Business School equivalent. Some college preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience providing administrative support
  • Strong calendaring skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple people with strong ability to multi-task
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Detail oriented with strong communication skills
  • Available for long-term assignment
