We are looking for a Billing Analyst to undertake billing operations in our accounting department. We’ll count on you to issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy to guarantee our revenue. The individual should have a keen eye for detail. You should also be comfortable working with little supervision to meet tight deadlines.

Pay rate 18/HR

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing rates and preparing and delivering invoices to bring in revenue for the company.
• Compile, support and validate financial data for upload to Oracle to ensure accuracy of the TPA’s financial statements
• Establish and maintain comprehensive monthly Excel spreadsheets for recording of cash receipts, client cash application and reconciliation to daily bank statements to ensure the bank and CFA systems are in sync.
• Monitor and track manual billing data as well as enrollment system updates.
• Bill additional client fees and/or credits timely and accurately, and with proper description. Ensure the use of correct billing method to issue these fees and/or credits.
• They will need to reconcile a group to completion – all paperwork will be maintained in Excel so knowledge of this software is imperative.
•They will need to review all bills by month compared to payments received and wherever differences are found, expected to research to identify the amount/member premium creating the difference.
• Analyze group financial account activity for period of several years



  • Math skills are necessary to be able to confirm that formula results are accurate and make sense.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting functions is preferred. Meaning, they should know what a debit (increase in receivable) or a credit (decrease of receivable) is as we process balance adjustments into the system as a result of the reconciliations we conduct.
  • Minimum one year experience
