CNC Set-Up Technician

1st/2nd/3rd Shifts Available
Description:
- Set up various CNC machines including Swiss, Star, Moris, and Hass to produce precision parts.
- Focus on achieving acceptable first piece inspection by meticulously configuring CNC machines.
- Learn and adapt to the setup requirements of Computer Numeric Controlled Machines.
- Utilize mechanical skills for machine setups, including the use of tools and measuring equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up CNC machines, specifically Swiss, Star, Moris, and Hass.
- Proficient in mechanical setups, including the use of tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to the setup procedures of Computer Numeric Controlled Machines.
- Ownership or willingness to purchase Vernier Calipers and eye loops for part measurement and inspection.
