Customer Care Representative

System One has a great opportunity for a Customer Care Representative with room for growth in Flanders, NJ!

Customer Service & Order Entry

Hours: 11AM-7PM with occasional Saturdays

Job Description: 

• Work with customers via phone, fax, e-mail answering questions and processing orders 
• Perform data/order entry into SAP Software
• Escalate issues as needed 

Job Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of SAP is a PLUS! 
• Must have customer service experience, call center preferred 
• Must be comfortable working with customers on all platforms: Phone, Fax and Email
