Engineering Project Coordinator

System One is currently seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator for a contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.

This position will be with our client, a utility holding company serving more than 3.3 million electric customers and 1.8 million natural gas customers.

Engineering Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Facilitate NERC PRC compliance review assignment, tracking
• Change Control Form and Common Vulnerability process
• Coordinate field work requests with System Protection schedulers
• Project coordination, scheduling, management

Engineering Project Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management preferred or years of experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access database (preferred)
• ProjectWise, Sharepoint, and CAPE setting file management
• Primavera schedule, tracking, and resource hours/assignment
• SAP SPE consultant invoice review and approval
• Teachable, adaptable
• Fluent in English for writing and communicating
• Project coordination, scheduling, management skills (preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills - will be working with many engineers
• Data management, scheduling, task oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Data management, scheduling, task oriented

Project Duration: 12-months

Location: Minneapolis, MN (virtual until further notice)

Pay Rate: $31.17 - $43.51/hr.
