Location: Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA
Hybrid work model: 2-3 days on site each week
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Responsibilities:
o Disability/Claim experienceo Answering phone calls/making phone calls- providing employees with information and guidance. Once the vendor approves employees’ disability claim, this position is the first point of contact for employees.
o Case management-answering cases that are submitted by employees with sometimes complex information and guidance.
o Other duties: Reviewing and updating separations in Oracle-HCM.
o Working closely with vendor, other contractors, and advisors that are processing disability payments.
