Installer Lead Job Description
As an Installer Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of signs according to specifications and within deadlines. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality control during installation processes and troubleshooting any problems that may arise. Here are the key responsibilities:

Installation of Signs:
- Install various types of signs (such as outdoor signs, indoor signs, and illuminated signs) at client locations.
- Ensure that signs are securely mounted and aligned correctly.
- Follow installation guidelines and safety protocols.

Quality Control:
- Maintain a high standard of quality during sign installation.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet company standards.
- Address any issues promptly and make necessary adjustments.

Client Communication:
- Liaise with clients to coordinate installation schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients during the installation process.
- Address any client concerns or questions professionally.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise installation crews.
- Provide clear instructions to team members.
- Ensure efficient teamwork and adherence to safety guidelines.
