Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of all processes and operations used in R&D and manufacturing of Rx products
- Follow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the above-listed processes and equipment
- Record all manufacturing batch processes using appropriate batch records
- Strict adherence to procedures and batch records
- Compliance with all current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP)
- Maintain clean and safe working environment at all times including cleaning and maintenance of all pharmaceutical equipment
Requirements:
- Associates Degree and/or experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures or a willingness and desire to learn
- Must be able to understand and convey the English language with good communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to meet the company's gowning requirements including: hair net, shoe covers, uniform, lab jacket, face mask, nitrile or latex gloves, beard cover (if applicable), safety glasses, tyvek coveralls
