Our Fortune 100 financial client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a long-term contract. In this role, you will assist with various coordination and communication activities related to Marketing Technology Platforms.
- Help onboard marketers to Adobe DAM, BrightEdge, Workfront
- Work with project team to document changes happening in releases
- Communicate with regional teams on changes within AEM components, assets expirations, template availabilities
- Gate keeper for ensuring information such as templates, assets, etc. are tagged appropriately
- Owner of the communication calendar for the marketing platform team
- Coordinate with multiple cross functional teams to get inputs
- Assist with cleaning up and archiving project documentations
- Periodic management of user cleanup of the marketing platforms
- Be the point of contact for troubleshooting productivity tools such as WebEx, Teams, MIRO
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or business operations
- Strong organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office, tech savvy
