Provide design, calculations, and other activities related to process engineering.
Requirements:
- Process Flow Diagrams, equipment specifications, data sheets, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform/review material and energy balances, tank and vessel sizing, drain and vent sizing, heat loss, pipe pressure loss, pump and compressor sizing.
- Provide process technical support for Process Hazard Analysis and Hazard and Operability Analysis (PHA, HAZOPs)
- Prepare thermodynamic process models and run simulations.
- Prepare/review specifications and technical reports.
- Review and edit drawings prepared by designers, Co-Ops, Interns, and Engineers.
- Manager discipline-specific project, adhering to established budgets and schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 4+ years Engineering experience.
- Proficient with ChemCAD, Aspen or Promax
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Renewable Energy industries is preferred
- EIT or P.E. Certification Preferred
