Northwest engineering client seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Focus includes:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Handle Inquiries from clients, and vendors in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects and other assigned duties
Targeting candidates with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with multi-line phone system
- Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency, organized and results driven!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Offering $24/hr
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 – 5:30 Friday: 7:30 – 12:00 Onsite
