Description:
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive to the medical facility.
- Direct them to the appropriate areas and/or assist in registration and take co-pays.
- Manage appointment scheduling for patients and ensure optimal utilization of time slots.
- Confirm appointments and provide reminders to patients.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
