Overview
Established and growing Food Testing Lab in New Orleans, LA is looking to add a Food Sample Associate to their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Receive/unload/verify samples
- Verify receipt of sample against Chain of Custody (COC) for accuracy and completion
- Log and label samples and deliver to appropriate labs daily.
- Prepare bottle kits to be shipped
- Forward samples to other labs
- Dispose of spent samples
- Monitor freezer and cooler temperatures.
- Stock and supply inventory
- High School Diploma or GED
- Work with hands and be able to move and stand for several hours per day
- Hard worker, detail oriented
