What will you be doing?

  • Review and Assembly of Tax Documents.
  • Verify required elements of tax documents, including matching of name, account number, Tax IDs, signature, etc.
  • Assembly of tax returns upon completion of verifying elements.
  • Preparing completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities.
  • Scanning documents using proprietary software program for incoming tax documentation.
  • Mail using postage machine to weigh and post individual and multiple mailings.

  • Accurate data-review skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, written and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing policies and procedures
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time

  • Flexible to work overtime (including weekends) during peak seasons

Education:

  • High school graduate.
