Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates in engineering, technical and manufacturing fields.
- Evaluate candidates through various methods like cold calls, job boards, and social networks.
- Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, work history, and salary requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for clients.
- Negotiate bill and pay rates under supervision.
- Ensure candidate compliance with pre-hire requirements.
- Exceed client expectations with timely placements.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet and surpass weekly business development goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' engineering industry experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to meet recruiting metrics and performance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with candidates and clients.
- Desire to build a recruiting career with proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client service, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Quick learner of new software tools.
