The Maintenance Multi-Craft employee is responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its equipment. This role applies knowledge of electrical theory and principles, hydraulics, welding, DC overhead crane repair and safety standards.

$1,000 Sign on bonus
Starting Pay: $28/hr + (Based on experience)
Shifts: 12/hr - Rotating Monthly; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What you'll need:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 3-5 year manufacturing maintenance experience
Able to read schematics and understand circuits
Familiar with AC/DC power and drives
Knowledgeable with Lock out/ Tag Out
PLC experience preferred
1 year of high voltage experience, up to 138KV preferred
Knowledge of hydraulics
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time, and withstand exposure to heat and cold
Able to climb in overhead structures, work beneath machines and in close quarters
Willing to be part of a winning team and able to work all shifts, flexible hours and mandatory overtime.
What you'll do:
Analyzes circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair or service electronic devices and systems
Receives wiring diagrams, specifications and instructions from supervisor covering emergency and scheduled repairs installation and electrical inspection work to be performed
Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, statutory codes, properties of materials and principles
DC crane knowledge and servicing and troubleshooting experience. Performs crane maintenance and has knowledge of the proper safe rigging methods Repairs overhead cranes and control boxes for remote cranes
Services electronic equipment by checking, testing and replacing faulty components, circuits, printed circuit boards and similar electronic devices
Control Level experience with Allen Bradley (And supporting software) PLC, HMI, and Drives as well.
Be able to troubleshoot electronic components, PLC’s and controls
Performs troubleshooting, repair work, and preventative maintenance activities on production machinery, equipment, instrumentation, and infrastructure to sustain plant operations at highly efficient levels.
Installs and modifies production equipment and machinery as needed.
Has working knowledge of various types of gear reductions and motor/reducer coupling alignments.
Must have working knowledge of various types of motors and starters from 250-volt D.C. to 4160 A.C.
Will assist in developing CMMS system job plans and Preventive Maintenance Plans.
Must have knowledge and ability to repair hydraulic equipment.
Has knowledge to perform the following welding procedures: MIG, TIG, stick (including stainless) Weld Aluminum and gas welding.
Operates mobile equipment.
Able to work at heights.
Abides by all policies and procedures established by the Company including plant safety regulations and work rules.
