Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Pay: $18/Hour

Job Description:

  • Process customer orders to their satisfaction
  • Place customer orders and arrange for delivery via customer’s preferences
  • Enter all customer pricing into computer for invoicing accuracy
  • Update pricing when project pricing is sent by regional managers
  • Consolidate orders so that customers receive best freight charges
  • Respond to needs of the customer by phone quickly and accurately
  • Communicate order status to customers
  • Process RMAs, Credits, Rebills within required time frames
  • Increase customer awareness and satisfaction through personal contacts and/or visits
  • Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel

Qualifications:

  • B2B Customer Service Experience is a MUST – 3 Years; prior knowledge with methods of shipment!
  • Excellent Computer Skills, Experience with SAP is a PLUS
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Organization skills, sense of urgency, enthusiastic – and “go-getter” person
  • Must be able to work independently and make decisions
  • Must have excellent attendance
