Our client has a Direct-Hire job opportunity in Grain Valley, MO for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This position offers Salary, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k & PTO!

The Customer Service Manager will have direct leadership responsibility for North America (NAM) Signaling Customer Service. This includes managing the end-to-end relationship with Customers for Signaling Products and Repairs orders, to include spot quotes, sales orders, issue resolution, and master data management.

Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and direction to Customer Service Representatives, including performance appraisal, training, coach/mentoring
· Manage Sales Order processes, to include spot quoting, order entry, order management
· Follow up on Customer delivery execution
· Manage internal / external standards definition, improvement, validation, impact on processes and tools; those that relate to Customer Service
· Define and manage job skill requirements, training and qualification, workforce staffing and organization
· Prepare department budget, manage construction, review and comply to confirmed budget
· Define / manage performance KPIs, targets, collect and publish KPIs as required, manage KPI site improvement plans, review / communicate in monthly KPI reviews
· Ensure compliance to all workforce safety rules / requirements
· Ensure compliance to ISO Quality System

Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 4 years relevant Customer Service experience
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

Desired Characteristics: 
- Rail industry knowledge and/or broad knowledge of CLIENT products and customers
- Working knowledge of the Order to Remittance processes
