SUMMARY:

The Sr HR Generalist is responsible for leading HR representation at multiple practices, working closely with Management in supporting day to day needs, initiatives/programs, and work in consistent collaboration with National HR Teammates. The ideal candidate would be someone who is interested in creating, learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment. They would not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump into the deep end. Someone with a proven track record and who considers themselves a strategic business partner to all levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Employee Relations

o Training & Development

o Benefit Inquiries

o HRIS

o Performance Management of Teammates

o Onboarding/Off boarding

o Policy creation & implementation

o Compliance

o HR Metrics and analysis

• Fulfill local Sr. Generalist type of role & supports HR needs/initiatives nationwide

• Drive HR Goals & Projects; ability to work independently and take ownership of a process as well as mentor junior members of the HR team

• Support compliance requirements including training, audits and standard filings

• Ability to analyze complex human resources and administrative problems, consider alternatives and offer innovative solutions

• Contribute to the development of recognition programs, career pathing, compensation analysis & culture development initiatives.

• Deliver professional development training

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field

• 4 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources

• Domestic travel 15%

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• HR Specific software (ADP, HRIS, etc.)

• Must be a progressive thinker with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks from inception to completion in a fast paced, changing environment

• Immigration experience a plus

• PHR Certification a plus

• Startup experience a plus

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to coach and train HR policies and procedures at all levels including C-Suite
