We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in Hornell, NY. This is a 6 month contract position covering a medical leave. The position is paying up to $19/hr, BOE.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office allocations / project directory / project organization chart updates
- Following the Project Director & Project Operations Manager agenda
- Check availability of facilities provided by IST / Information Solution
- Take notes and write Specific Minutes
- Filing all documents of the project in accordance with the filing framework on the network: mails, letters, reports on the Project SharePoint
- Booking of the meeting rooms in accordance with the needs of the Project
- Editing the meeting rooms planning every week
- Managing administrative tasks of the Project
- Gathering documents, information when required by the Project Director
- Taking care of the logistic organization for visitors (booking for hotels, air tickets, ...)

Educational Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher

Required Experience:
- 2 plus years of recent Administrative experience in working on projects
