• Read work instructions and assemble products in a timely manner 
• Use a wide range of fastener hardware and a wide range of hand tools as well as power tools 
• Read blueprints or group drawings that explain the assembly process 
• Perform to established methods and standards; meeting or exceeding the departments quality and productivity goals 
• Work with limited supervision 
• Communicate well with others and work in a manner to support a team environment 
• Responsible for communicating to Supervisor all parts availability and assembly issues 
• Performs other duties within the scope of job assignment as assigned by Supervisor 
• Must perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the Company, Local, State and Federal provisions 



 • Must have a minimum of High School Degree or equivalent 
• Minimum of 6 months assembly manufacturing experience preferred 
• Must possess mechanical aptitude and skills 
• General ability to identify manufacturing materials, hardware and tools 
• Must have ability to use shop related tools and equipment 
• Continuous standing, sitting, lifting, bending, and stooping 
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and more with assistance 
• Looking for an energetic employee with a positive attitude
