Administrative Assistant 

Job Information: 
 - Location: Bayville, NJ 
 - Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 
 - Contract-to-permanent opportunity 


Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to correct personnel and take messages.
  • Type business letters in MS Word.
  • Process approval payments:  Open mail, sort bills, stamp mail, distribute to project manager for payment approval, receive back, enter into Quickbooks for payment.
  • Data entry into MS Excel spreadsheets.
  • File paperwork. 
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed. 

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
  • Must have previous administrative experience.
  • Experience working for a construction company is a plus.
  • Must have time management skills.
  • Can work independently. 
  • Clean driving record. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
