System One has partnered with a well-established medical clinic in Tulsa in their search for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team of highly skilled individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and post incoming patient and insurance payments, ensuring payments are secured until posted.
- Balance daily business activities and close out daily receipts for deposit.
- Enter surgery and clinic charges on a daily basis.
- Generate necessary reports.
- Other duties as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical practice is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be computer literate.
- NextGen experience preferred.
