Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll, garnishments, and assist with in- and out-of-state payroll tax calculations
- Process expense reimbursements and W-2's
- Perform data entry related to W-4's
- Complete direct deposit processing as well as pay card processing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience processing payroll for a large company
- Experience working in timekeeping systems including ADP, Lawson, and Kronos is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or accounting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel, a must
- Must have positive attitude, be dependable, and able to work full-time hours
