Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll coordinating with third-party vendor and ensuring accurate recording in company's ERP system
- Calculate and process payroll taxes such as federal and state income taxes, social security, and Medicare taxes
- Working with third-party vendor, review and reconcile all payroll tax related files and forms, tax payments and tax returns
- Respond to tax authority inquiries and audit requests
- Stay up-to-date with changes to payroll tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll tax related role
- Strong Excel and computer system experience
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Positive, customer-service attitude and effective communicator
- Strong attention to detail and good math skills
