System One is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an industry-leading client in the Latrobe, PA area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prioritize Maintenance Team daily activities.
- Works closely with all departments to assure that production's operations run a maximum efficiency and quality, with a minimum of man-hours and scrap rate.
- Perform and record repairs made to equipment.
- Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance as required on production equipment.
- Insure all PM, Calibration's are complete and records maintained.
- Order Repair/ Spare parts while maintaining budget.
- Must have initiative to report, fix if possible any potential problems that may arise.
- Schedule/work closely with outside contractors as needed.
- Sources vendors for cost control on MRO
- Keep work areas clean and safe exemplifying high housekeeping standards.
- Perform related work as required.
