System One is seeking a Solar Processing Coordinator for a hybrid position located in Denver, CO working one day a week in the office.
This position will be responsible for processing solar interconnection applications working with solar representatives.
Solar Processing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Expected to follow standard work instructions.
- Data entry in SalesForce.
- Corresponding with solar installers/company representatives and customers via Chatter or email.
- Processing applications.
- Weekly team meeting as well.
- Working with a team of 30 to 35 employees (very tight knit team).
- Will be supporting internal business and external customers.
Solar Processing Coordinator Requirements:
- Background in Business/marketing/administration or degree would be strongly desired.
- 1-2 years of experience in one of the following areas: customer service, supporting a solar project, data entry, supporting a utility project.
- Should have 1-2 years of experience in a highly repetitive, task-oriented role/environment.
- Must be able to follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Strong organization/time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be helpful.
- SAP experience is a plus.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Project Duration: 11-months (possible contract to perm)
Project Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote, in office on Wednesdays)
Pay Rate Range: $19/hr. - $23.00/hr. (Depending on Experience)
