System One is actively seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to support a project located onsite in Monticello, MN.
This will be a 12+ month contract position with a high probability of a contract extension and long-term career opportunity to work within the Nuclear industry supporting a well-established organization.
We are in search of an extroverted and outgoing professional who excels in building relationships and fostering connections within the workplace.
Timekeeping Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze timekeeping reports, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.
- Communicate with employees and managers regarding timekeeping discrepancies and resolutions.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient timekeeping processes.
- Work with employees to help resolve issues they are having with entering time.
- Solicit feedback from employees regarding issues within the UKG portal.
- Help onsite employees resolve issues when entering time into the UKG portal.
- Collaborate with team on solutions on streamlined timekeeping processes.
- Meet one on one with employees to resolve time entry issues.
- Experience working in timekeeping systems (UKG preferred).
- Previous experience working with employees on timekeeping resolutions.
- Someone that thrives in a collaborative work environment.
- Problem solver.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience coaching employees in a professional manner.
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Pay Rate: $22.50 -$23.00/hr.
